Create the championship first, then link each round or event to it.
For a standalone event without a championship with defined rounds, create a new championship for each event. For Championships or Cups with multiple rounds, register the championship only once per year and link each round event to it.
From the main menu, open Cadastros → Campeonatos (Records → Championships). Create this record before creating the event.
Always start a new record by clicking Novo (New). Enter the competition name in Campeonato and click Salvar (Save). For example: COPA FT BR SPORT 2026.
Open Cadastros → Eventos (Records → Events). Click Novo (New) to register a round or a standalone event.
Use the standard configuration below for the race distance. The track length and split values can be typed manually; adjust them if the track uses a different configuration. Table values are in metres.
| Track length | Split 1 | Split 2 | Split 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 201 m | 0 | 100 | 0 |
| 402 m | 100 | 201 | 300 |
This option is for Produpark equipment with all photocells installed up to 402 m when the race must read and finish at 201 m. Enable it only when this is the configuration used for operations.
Do not fill in this field manually. The system fills in the link automatically after sending the first result. You can then copy it and share it on social media.
Enter the folder path where PDF reports should be saved at the end of the race. If you do not need a specific folder, leave it blank: reports will be saved in the local PRODEME folder, C:\PRODEME\.
The code fields next to the names contain internal system data. Do not fill them in or edit them manually.
Click Salvar (Save). Check the linked championship in the list and review the name, dates, venue, track length and split points before starting operations.

With the correct event selected, open Records and choose Categories.
